Jennifer Hester Hall
Jennifer is the Operations Manager at Legacy Planning Advisors. She joined the firm in October 2007, having spent her “previous life” in Human Resources. Jennifer is a relationship driven, self-motivated professional who enjoys working with a wide variety of clients. While her responsibilities range from meeting with clients to reviewing Financial DNA® to managing the CRM, what she enjoys most is project management.
Jennifer was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Atlanta with her family at the age of 11. After graduating from Shamrock High School in Decatur, GA., Jennifer found herself utilizing her hard-wired people-oriented personality and follow through talents to pursue a career in Human Resources.
Jennifer has worked in several organizations where she excelled in creating HR departments from the ground up and putting policies and procedures in place, enabling the organization to run more effectively and to accomplish its vision and mission. In the fall of 2006, Jennifer decided to pursue a career in “domestic engineering.” While the hours seemed endless and the compensation was lacking, the benefits she received in the form of love and affection from her family made it one of her best career moves.
When the time came to rejoin the workforce outside of the home, she opted to take a leave from HR and was blessed to obtain a position with Legacy Planning Advisors where she believes whole heartedly that the firm is in the business of building long- term relationships, not short term transactions. While the specifics in the field of finance differ from the specifics in the field of HR, Jennifer’s desire to serve others well remains consistent and unwavering.
Jennifer now attends Browns Bridge Community Church with her husband, Lance, and their daughter, Isabella. She is also the proud mother of a chocolate lab named Cocoa Bean and a laid back tabby cat named Pepper. When she isn’t at work, you will most likely find Jennifer performing her room-mom duties at Isabella’s school or volunteering with her Girl Scout Troop. Their favorite family vacations are often spent at Disney World. Most weekends Jennifer enjoys “helping” her daughter play Minecraft or she can be found walking or riding her bike on the Big Creek Greenway.
